Ingredients:
1/2 c. margarine or butter, melted
2 c. Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix (I use stuffing cubes if that's what I have.)
12 oz. sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. chicken broth
leftover turkey (or 1 chicken, boiled and boned)

Directions:
Directions:
Combine butter and stuffing mix. Spoon half of this into 2 quart casserole. Cover with turkey peices. Mix sour cream, soup and broth together. Pour over turkey. Top with remainder of stuffing mix. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

These measurements aren't exact. I don't think two cups stuffing mix is enough, so I usually use more, but I don't increase the butter. Less sour cream works, too.
