Ingredients:
2 servings of rice, cooked and cooled
1- lb hamburger
1 medium onion, chopped fine
1/2 cup celery, chopped fine
1 can tomato sauce
2 to 3 cloves garlic crushed and chopped fine
Salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, celery seeds, parsley to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Place onion and celery in bowl in microwave and cook until tender crisp. Mix burger with rice, tender crisp vegetables, garlic, and of the can of tomato sauce. Place spices on top and gently start mixing with your hands, blend all ingredients together. Smell and adjust spices if you think it needs more. Stuff mixture into 2 medium bell peppers cut in half and cleaned out, (4 halves) and top with remaining tomato sauce. (You can use catsup if you like, or add a dash of Worcestershire sauce to the tomato sauce) Place in hot 350 oven for 35 to 40 minutes or until burger and pepper are cooked through.

Use this same mixture to make cabbage rolls. Take larger leaves off the cabbage head, and steam in a steamer to make soft. Lay leaves on the table, place about ⅓ to cup burger mixture in center of leaf. Roll up like you would roll a burrito. Pin closed with toothpick; lay in lightly greased pan pinned side down. When you are done rolling up all the cabbage rolls, top with tomato sauce, (you may need to use a 2nd can) Bake in hot oven (350) for 40 to 45 minutes or until meat is cooked. Before serving, you can top with grated Mozzarella cheese, broil until melted.
