4 to 6 Lb roast, any cut
2 teas salt
1/4 teas pepper
1 can mushroom soup
1 envelope onion soup mix
1 clove garlic, minced
1 pinch rosemary
2 bay leaves
1 Tbl parsley, snipped
2 Tbl flour
1/4 cup water

Directions:
Directions:
Trim excess fat from meat, season with salt and pepper and place in heavy roasting pan. Pour mushroom soup over and around it. Then sprinkle with onion soup mix, garlic, and rosemary. Add bay leaves. Cover with roasting pan lid. Bake in 300 to 325 oven. When tender, remove from pan and sprinkle with snipped parsley. Thicken liquid for gravy using 2 tablespoons flour in 1/4 cup water.
