Cake:
3 eggs
1 c sugar
1 small can pumpkin
3/4 c flour
2 teas cinnamon
1 teas ginger
1/2 teas nutmeg
1 teas baking powder
1 teas lemon juice
walnuts
Filling:
1 c powdered sugar
1 6 oz cream cheese softened
4 Tbl butter softened
1/2 teas vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs, sugar, & pumpkin, 5 min. Fold in flour and all spices, and lemon juice, mix well. Grease & flour a cookie sheet, spread the cake mixture on the sheet and top top walnuts. Bake 375 degrees for 15 min. Cool and spread with filling. For filling mix all ingredients together till smooth. After the filling is on the cake, remove from pan and roll up like jelly roll. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
