8 boneless, skinned chicken breasts
2 c. grated Swiss cheese
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/3 c. apple juice (substitute for white wine)
1- 8 oz. package of Stove Top stuffing
1/2 c. butter or margarine

Directions:
Directions:
Use 9x13 pan. Place chicken breasts in a single layer. Sprinkle cheese over chicken. Mix soup and apple juice until smooth. Pour over chicken and cheese. Sprinkle DRY stuffing mix over soup. Melt butter or margarine and drizzle over top of all.
Cover with foil and bake at 350 for one hour.
