1 pound hot pork sausage
1 onion, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
1 box Uncle Ben's Long Grain Rice - original recipe
1/2 cup Minute Rice
8 oz fresh mushrooms, sliced

Directions:
Directions:
Cook pork sausage in large skillet. Add onions and green pepper and saute until onions are golden. Add mushrooms and cook until mushrooms are tender.

Prepare Uncle Ben's rice as on package but add the Minute Rice with the long grain rice. Cook until almost done.

Combine rice mixture and sausage mixture in 13 by 9 inch pan. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
