Vinegar (wine or cider)
Garlic
Rosemary (preferrably fresh)
Italian seasoning

Directions:
Directions:
Place pieces (as many as you need for this serving) in a casserole dish. Cover w/ Italian seasoning, salt and pepper, garlic galore (I make some slices in the chiken and tuck some in), place the rest on top and around it. Pour vinegar under the chicken and oil on top.

Cover and cook at 350 degrees (turn while it cooks, at least one time) until chicken is browned about 45 - 55 minutes. Take cover off at the end to brown and make crisp.
