3 c. strawberry sorbet
1 c. coarse gingersnap cookie crumbs
1 1/2 c. each vanilla ice cream and mango sorbet

Directions:
Directions:
Line 9x5x3 loaf pan with foil. Spread with half the strawberry sorbet. Top with 1/3 cup crumbs, vanilla ice cream,1/3 cup crumbs, mango sorbet, remaining crumbs, remaining strawberry sorbet. Freeze. Unmold and slice to serve. Looks so pretty with a dollop of whipped cream.
