4 pounds sweet potatoes or yams
1 tsp ground ginger
1 tsp freshly grated nutmeg
1 tsp kosher salt
6 tbsp light brown sugar
8 oz pecan pieces

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350. Place the butter on a rimmed baking sheet and transfer to oven until melted. Peel sweet potatoes and cut into 1 in chunks. Add with remaining ingredients and toss to combine. Roast, stirring occasionally, until tender, about 45 minutes.
