4 handsful of basil leaves
2-1/2 cups water (1/4 liter)
9 0z sugar (125 grams)
split of sparkling wine (0.2 liter)

Directions:
Directions:
Boil water and sugar about 5 minutes. Pour over basil leaves.
Mix on a high speed until the basil is tiny pieces and let stand until it cools.
Strain into ice cream maker, add the sparkling wine and prepare as ice cream. Hold in Freezer.
