1 baked angel food cake 12 oz. container whipped topping 1 pkg. jello 1/2 gallon sherbet or ice cream
Split angel food cake, horizontally, in thirds. Mix jello and whipped topping. Place bottom layer of cake on plate; spread half of sherbet on cake; repeat. Frost entire cake with the jello mixture. Use same flavored jello and sherbet or ice cream. Place in freezer.
This dessert was served at many of the bridal showers for nieces and nephews.
