1 3/4 c. herb-seasoned crumb stuffing mix
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
3 T. margarine
1/4 c. low-fat buttermilk
1/4 tsp. black pepper
2 boneless, skinless chicken breast (approximately 1 lb), cut into nugget-sized pieces

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 450. Place stuffing mix into Ziploc baggie and crush crumbs with rolling pin. Open bag, add Parmesan cheese, shake to mix. Melt margarine. Mix melted margarine, buttermilk, and pepper. Dip cut up chicken in buttermilk and crumbs, place on un-greased cookie sheet. Bake 4 minutes, turn nuggets over, and bake for another 4-5 minutes.
