4-5 large potatoes
1 can cream of celery soup
1/2 small onion, chopped
1 lb Velveet cheese
bacon bits or crumbled bacon
1 pt. whipping cream

Directions:
Directions:
Cut potatoes and onions. Put in a large pan; add enough water to cover potatoes and boil until tender. Do not drain. Add cream of celery soup, whipping cream, and velveeta cheese. Heat until cheese is melted. Top with bacon pieces and serve.
