1-1/2 c. flour
1-1/2 sticks butter (Parkay is best)
1 c. chopped nuts
8 oz. cream cheese
1 c. powder sugar
1 (16 oz.) Cool Whip
large box instant lemon pudding
3 cups milk

Directions:
Directions:
Mix and press first 3 ingredients using only 3/4 cup nuts. Spread in glass dish and bake 350 for 30 minutes. Let cool.

Beat next 3 ingredients, using 1/2 of Cool Whip. Spread over cooled crust.

Mix milk and pudding and spread on top of cream cheese mixture. Top with rest of cool whip & sprinkle nuts.
