2 vine ripe or Romo tomatoes, thinly sliced
1 load thin sliced white bread
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 teaspoon salt

Directions:
Directions:
Line a baking sheet with paper towels. Place sliced tomatoes in a single layer on paper towels. Allow to drain overnight in the refrigerator. Cut bread into rounds with a biscuit cutter the size of the tomato slices. In a small bowl, stir together mayonnaise and seasoned salt. Spread the mayonnaise on the bread rounds. Top half of the rounds with a tomato slice; cover with another bread round. Garnish with with a parsley sprig.
