Olive Oil
Crushed Garlic
Rosemary

Directions:
Rub chicken in olive oil. Sprinkle with crushed garlic, rosemary and oregano. The amounts of olive oil, rosemary, garlic and oregano depends on the size of the chicken. Use discretion. Place in paper bag. Put bag into a pan in the oven at 425. Cook one hour. Reduce heat to 325 and cook one hour more. Separate chicken and serve.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
This recipe does not say anything about any kind of special brown paper bag. I can only GUESS that it doesn't catch fire, because Grandma used to make it, but Pat says watch your oven while chicken is cooking and call 911 if it catches on FIRE
