3 pounds of ground beef
1 pound of mild or moderate pork sausage
1 onion, chopped
2 cups oatmeal
2 eggs
1 teaspoon sage
1 teaspoon salt or to taste
1 teaspoon pepper or to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients in a large bowl very well. Form into 1 1/2 inch balls onto baking sheet. Cook in oven at 350, turning occassionally, until done. After the meatballs are thoroughly cooked, put into a roaster pan. Add a mixture of 3 cans cream of mushroom soup, 1 8 oz container of sour cream, 2 can milk and add Kitchen Bouquet for a golden brown color. Pour this over the meatballs and stir. Bake for 1 hour at 350.
