2 eggs
1/2 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup milk
1 1/2 cup flour
1 teaspoon sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Stir until smooth and drop by spoonfuls into boiling soup. Cook for 10 minutes. The dumplings will float to the top.

If you like a fluffier dumpling, add 1 teaspoon baking powder.
