1 cup butter
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup white sugar
2 egg yolks, beaten with 1 tablespoon water
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 cups flour
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon soda

Directions:
Directions:
Mix the ingredients in the order given and spread into a 14 x 10 inch pan. Sprinkle one package chocolate chips on top. Beat 2 egg whites until stiff. Add one cup brown sugar. Spread over chocolate chips. Bake in 350 oven for 20-25 minutes.
