1 Lb fish fillets (e.g. halibut, cod)
1/4- 1/2 Tsp salt
dash of pepper
2 T extra virgin olive oil

Directions:
Directions:
Wash and dry fillets and cut into serving pieces. Rub with olive oil, and season with salt & pepper. Arrange in a single layer in large shallow pan. Bake at 450 for 10 to 15 minutes.
