Place skinned and filleted salmon on a piece of foil in a shallow baking pan. Put on dabs of butter and slices of onion. Sprinkle with Johnny’s Seafood Seasoning or your preferred seafood seasoning combination and spray with lemon juice or add some lemon slices. Fold the foil around the salmon and completely seal before baking 10 minutes per pound or until fork tender in an oven set at 350.

Note from Editor; I made this while we were camping in Canada one year, only I baked mine in the campfire. It was the best salmon I have ever eaten! You have got to try this recipe!
