1/2 onion, chopped fine
1 can of cheddar cheese soup
2 tbs butter
milk (see directions)
peeled, sliced potatoes (see directions)

Directions:
Directions:
Fill 1 qt oblong casserole dish 2/3 full with potatoes. Add onion, cheddar cheese soup, butter, and milk to just below top of potatoes. Mix well. Heat in microwave until milk is warm. Bake in oven, lid off, for about 1 hour 15 minutes or until potatoes are fork tender. If further cooking is needed add a lid so the top doesn't get too brown.
