1-1/2 lb russet potatoes
1 tsp olive oil
1/2 tsp each basil & oregano, crushed
1/2 tsp garlic salt
1/8 tsp pepper
2 T grated Parmesan

Directions:
Directions:
Cut potatoes in 1 inch chunks; place in microwave dish. Drizzle with olive oil; mix well. Sprinkle with seasonings. Cover with lid or waxed paper and microwave 7 to 9 minutes or until tender; mix halfway through cooking time. Sprinkle with cheese and microwave 1 minute longer. 4 servings.
