1 cup sugar
1/2 cup shortening
1 tablespoon milk
2 eggs
2 cups flour
1 teaspoon soda
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
3 ripe bananas, mashed
1/2 cup chopped nuts

Directions:

Mix all ingredients. Bake in a long loaf bread pan. Bake at 350 for 30 - 45 minutes.
