1 cup whipping cream
1/2 cup freshly ground pure horseradish
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 teas dry mustard
generous dash of cayenne pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Whip cream with mixer until it forms stiff peaks. Gently fold in remaining ingredients. May be stored in refrigerator for 3 - 4 days.

Serve with roast meats or steaks.

I'm not sure if this is exactly like Ross's creamy horseradish sauce, but it's very good, and can also be used as a base for creamy salad dressings.
