4 c chicken broth
2 c water
3 lemons, freshly squeezed
5 large eggs, lightly beaten
1 c hot cooked long-grain rice
1/2 tsp salt
1/8 tsp white pepper
1 c. chicken, boiled & cut into pieces*
1/2 T dill

Directions:
Directions:
1. Heat chicken broth & water in sauce pan.
2. Add lemon juice, salt, pepper, and dill.
3. Slowly add bowl of egg mixture, stirring constantly.
4. Add rice and diced chicken.

Serve hot.
