2-3 ripe tomatoes, chopped
1 can diced tomatoes
1/2-1 bell pepper, chopped
1/2 large or 1 small onion
fresh garlic to taste
1 stalk celery, chopped fine
1/2 bunch cilantro, chopped
1-2 T vinegar (add this last!)
Juice of 1 lime (add this last!)
1 jalapeno, or more, choopped
salt to taste

Chop all ingredients & mix in bowl. Add vinegar & lime last.
Add hot peppers and/or tobasco sauce to taste.
Let sit several hours & test again for flavor & heat.

Seve w/ tortilla chips.
