3 c sugar
1 c cream
2 tabl white kayro syrup

Directions:
Directions:
Put in heavy cooking pot. Stir the ingredients till dissolved. Then turn on heat, med. Stir just till the candy melts together, then DON"T STIR. Boil to soft ball stage. Remove from heat add good strong peppermint oil to taste. (sometimes you can find pure oil in drugstore, or grocery store ). Roll in log and cool then slice. You can dip these also in chocolate.

If you want to make this recipe into fudge, add 2 sqs of bittersweet chocolate. You can omit the peppermint.
