Fresh salmon fillet (not Farmed)
mayonnaise
Johnny's Garlic Spread and Seasoning in jar
sea salt & pepper
little dill

Directions:
Directions:
Spread the fillet with mayonnaise, sprinkle with the garlic spread, add sprinkle of sea salt and fresh ground pepper, dill. Now make a tin foil plate to grill the fish on. Put olive oil on the tin foil. Put in hot barbecue with lid down. Cook till almost done. Don't overcook!
