1-1/2 c Honey Maid Honey Grahams finely crushed (@ 21 squares)
1/2 c sugar, divided
6 T melted butter or margerine
12 oz softened Philadelphia Neufchatel Cheese (1/3 less fat than cream cheese)
2 T milk
1 c thawed Cool Whip Lite whipped topping
2 c boiling water
1 pkg. (8 -serving) Strawberry flavor sugar free Jell-o
1-1/2 c cold water
2 cans (8-1/4 oz each) mandarin orange segments, drained

MIX graham crumbs, 1/4 c of sugar & butter. Press firmly onto bottom of 13x9" baking pan. Set aside.
BEAT cream cheese, remaining 1/4 c sugar & milk until smooth. Gently stir in whipped topping. Spread over crust. Refrigerate.
MEANWHILE, stir boiling water into gelatin at least 2 min. until completely dissolved. Stir in cold water. Refrigerate 1-1/2 hours or until slightly thickened. Stir in oranges. Spoon over cream cheese layer.
REFRIGERATE 3 hours or until firm. Cut into 20 square.
