5 tabls flour
1 c milk
1 c granulated sugar
1 c butter
1 tesp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Cook flour and milk till thick, stirring constantly. Let cool till cold. Cream the sugar and butter and vanilla. Ass to cold flour mixture. Beat until the consistency to spread. When finished it looks like whipped cream, but until it's beaten enough it looks curds.

When I was babysitting, this was recipe I would make and put on the chocolate cake.This is Norma Kale's sister's recipe. This a good recipe. Not to sweet, it really goes with cake.I only knew how to bake when I was young. In fact that was all I could cook.
