3 c. sifted cake flour
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1&1/2 c. Crisco oil
3 eggs, beaten
1&1/2 tsp. vanilla
1-8oz. can crushed pineapple
2 c. mashed banana
1 c. chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Combine flour, sugar, soda, salt and cinnamon mixing well. Stir in oil, eggs and vanilla. Gently fold in undrained pineapple, bananas and pecans. Pour into 3 greased and floured 9 inch cake pans. Bake at 350 for 25 to 30 minutes or until done. Cool completely. Frost with cream cheese frosting.
