1 c. soft butter 1 c. sifted icing sugar 1 tsp. vanilla 1/2 c. chopped candied cherries 3/4 c. coconut 2 c. rolled oats chopped nuts
Beat butter and sugar together until creamy. Add vanilla, cherries and coconut. Beat thoroughly. Stir in oats. Place dough in fridge for 3 hours until easily handled. Spoon out in small amounts. These are very rich so keep them small. Roll in crushed nuts. Store in fridge.
