2 c. crushed pineapple, drained
1/3 c. orange juice concentrate
1/3 c. chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
In a medium bowl, combine the pineapple and concentrate; mix well. Pour into a freezer container and cover. Freeze for several hours until semi-solid. To serve, spoon into dessert bowls and garnish with pecans.
