1 1/2 c. dried apricots
1 1/2 c. plain yogurt
2 T. honey
2 T. chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Cover apricots with hot water and soak for 30 minutes. Drain well. In a blender, combine the apricots, yogurt and honey. Process until smooth. Chill. To serve, sprinkle pecans on each portion.
