454 g pkg ziti
1 - 1 1/2 lb cooked ground beef
1 egg, lightly beeaten
500 g container part-skim ricotta cheese
1/2 c grated Parmesan cheese
4 c of your favourite pasta sauce
1 pkg shredded part skim mozzarella cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain pasta; set aside. In a bowl combine the egg, ricotta and 1/4 c Parmesan cheese. Spread 1 c pasta sauce in a 9 X 13 sprayed baking dish. Top with 1/3 of the pasta, 1/3 of the meat, 1/2 of the ricotta mixture, 1/3 of the mozzarella cheese, 1 T of Parmesan cheese and 1 c of sauce. Repeat. Top with remaining pasta, meat, sauce, mozzarella and parmesan cheese. Cover and bake at 375 for 40 - 45 minutes or until heated through.
