1 lb, tri-color pasta, cooked al dente, cooled & drained well
1/2 c. carrots, thin sliced
2 stalks celery, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
1 yellow pepper, chopped
1 red pepper, chopped
1 pint grape tomatoes, halved
1 medium onion, diced
1 bottle Italian dressing
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese, grated

Mix everything in a large bowl and chill before serving.
