This one is with raw potatoes:
6 raw potatoes (grated)
1 egg
1 Tbls flour
salt and Pepper
This one is an alternative to the above.
2 eggs 12 large grated potatoes
1 1/2 c flour
1/2 c sweet cream
1 Tbls salt

Mix and fry the same as you would regular pancakes.

This recipe came from my mother's mom Claira L. Hoover. I really don't have any recipe's from her other than her very old cook book from Five Roses Flour.
