2 lb. top sirloin or wild game round steak (cut in strips)
1/2 lb. sliced mushrooms
1 diced onion
1/2 c. sour cream
1 tbsp. beef bouillon
1/2 c. white wine
Salt & pepper to taste
Pinch thyme
1/4 stick butter
1 tbsp. flour

Directions:
Directions:
In saucepan, quickly brown meat in butter. Then remove meat from pan. Add the onions and mushrooms to pan and sauté. Remove them also from pan. De-glaze pan with white wine and add beef base and seasonings with the flour to make sauce. Bring to a boil, reduce heat. Add meat, mushrooms and onions. Then sour cream and remove from heat. Serve over cooked noodles or rice.

If you freeze your meat slightly (or don't defrost totally) it will make slicing the meat a snap.
