2 boxes or bags of frozen artichokes
1/2 cup of mayonnaise
1/2 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
salt and pepper
flavored bread crumbs
butter

Directions:
Directions:
Drain and chop defrosted artichokes into small pieces. Butter baking dish. Mix mayonnaise and grated cheese. Place chopped artichokes into buttered dish. Spread mayonnaise and cheese mixture over artichokes. Add salt and pepper to taste. Sprinkle with flavored bread crumbs. Pat with small pieces of butter.

Bake at 350 degrees until bubbly (around 10-15 minutes). Serve with crackers of your choice.
