Ingredients:  
1 1/2 lbs ground wild game, 2 T minced onion, 1/2 t parsley minced, 1/4 t garlic powder, 1 t salt, 1/3 t ground pepper, 1 7oz can sliced mushrooms drained, 1 can vegetable soup, 1 c sour cream, 1/2 c milk, 1 container biscuit's in tube.

Directions:
Brown wild game with onion, parsley and garlic. Stir in salt, pepper, mushrooms and soup. simmer 15 minutes. blend together sour cream and milk, pour over meat mixture. heat thoroughly. pour everything into a square baking dish. top with biscuits separated from tube, placed in single layer. Bake at 400 for 15 to 20 minutes or until biscuits are browned.
