Salad:
2 packages beef-flavor Ramen noodles, uncooked
1 (16 oz) bag of coleslaw mix
1 cup sunflower seeds
1 bunch green onions, chopped (use only white to light green)
1/3 cup sliced almonds, toasted
Dressing:
1 cup olive oil
1/3 cup red wine vinegar
1/2 cup sugar
2 packets beef seasoning from Ramen noodles

Directions:
Directions:
Crush the dry noodles and combine with the coleslaw mix, sunflowers seeds, and onions in a large bowl. Mix dressing ingredients in small bowl then toss coleslaw mix with the dressing. Sprinkle with the toasted almonds. Refrigerate overnight to blend flavors.
