6 pork chops 1 can beef broth 1 can water 1 1/2 c. rice Sliced onion 3 bay leaves Salt Oregano
Season pork chops with salt and oregano. Brown on both sides. Remove pork chops from frying pan. Mix rice, beef broth and water together in frying pan. Place pork chops on top of rice with bay leaves and sliced onions. Cook on medium heat until all liquid is absorbed by rice. Approximately 30 minutes.
