6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1&1/2 c. self rising flour
1 c. buttermilk
salt and pepper
Wesson oil for deep frying

Directions:
Directions:
Wash and dry chicken breast. Mix flour, salt and pepper. Dip pieces in buttermilk then flour. Deep fry in hot oil until golden brown. Drain on paper towel. Drop som buttermilk and flour mixture in oil for chips
