1lb. ground beef
1 cup milk
2 eggs
1/2 c. oil
1/2lb. long horn cheese
1/2 tsp. baking soda
2 jalapeno peppers or green peppers, chopped
1 c. self rising corn meal
1 16oz. can cream style corn
1 medium onion, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Brown hamburger meat; set aside. Mix corn meal, milk, eggs, oil and corn. Layer into casserol dish starting with 1/2 of hamburger meat. Next add in order; cheese, onions and peppers then add 1/2 of corn meal mixture. Layer again with the hamburger meat and top with remaining corn meal mixture. Bake in 375 oven for 40 to 45 minutes.
