5 to 7 large vidalia onions parmesan cheese 1 stick butter crushed Ritz crackers
Peel onions and slice thin. Separate into rings. Cook onion over low heat until soft, not brown. Place 1/2 of the onions in a casserole dish. Sprinkle with cheese. Top with cracker crumbs. Repeat layers. Bake at 350º for 30 minutes.
