4 large poached chicken breast
2 1/2 c. celery, diced
1 c. sliced almonds
2 c. mayo
1 1/2 jars artichokes quartered
1 c. chinese noodles
2 c. gr. sharp cheddar

Directions:
Directions:
Cut cooked chicken into small pieces. Mix with celery, almonds,
onion and mayo. Add artichokes. Put into buttered casserole and top with cheese and noodles. Bake at 400 degrees for 10 min - turn down oven to 300 degrees and bake for 20 min more.
