1 c balsamic vinaigrette
1 c salami, diced
1 mozzarella cheese, diced
1 c fresh tomato, diced
11/2 c pepperoni, diced
1/2 c olives, pitted and halved
5 each pepperoncini
11/2 head romaine lettuce, shredded
1/2 c white northern beans, canned, drained and rinsed.

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients and toss with vinaigrette, refrigerate. Serve on top of shredded romaine lettuce for a simple side dish.
