1 cup grits
3 cups hot water
1 heaping tsp salt
4 tablespoons butter
1 cup grated sharp cheese
1 cup whole milk
3 eggs

Directions:
Directions:
To the 3 cups of hot water, add 1 cup of grits and the salt. Let the grits come to a boil then turn them off and let them sit to thicken about 20 minutes. Add the butter, cheese, milk and eggs, mix well. Pour mixture into a well buttered baking dish and cook in a 350 oven for 45 minutes or until lightly browned
