1/4 red bell pepper, sliced
1/4 yellow onion, sliced
1 chicken breast
2 sharp cheddar cheese
Any cooking oil (canola, olive, vegetable, butter, Pam, etc)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oil in skillet on medium (enough to cover the bottom of the skillet). Set timer for 10 minutes and add onions, stirring occasionally. At 5 minute mark add peppers to the onions, stir. Remove peppers and onions, add chicken. Sauté one side of chicken for 7 minutes. Flip and sauté for 5 minutes. Place peppers/onions on top of chicken, then add desired amount of cheese. Cover skillet until chicken fully cooked & cheese melted (2- 4 minutes).
